There is so much I want to say, so many things I want to convey through a website. But the truth is, words can only go so far.

This journey started long before Just Call Me Transfer Services was ever a thing. It began the same way it begins for so many of the families we serve, with loss.  My father was not just my dad; he was my best friend. He taught me everything about life, from woodworking to cars, from how to walk and talk, but he never taught me how to live without him. When he passed, my world changed.

Six months later, my career in the funeral industry began. Over time, that career evolved, and eventually, it led me to launch Just Call Me because I saw a real need for change in this industry. I saw the scramble for those 2:00 a.m. calls after the 15th person had already said no. I saw the busy Saturdays when funeral homes were backed up with no one left to call. I saw the stress placed on funeral directors who were already carrying so much.

So, I built Just Call Me to take that burden off your shoulders, carrying forward the same level of care that was extended to me and my family when my father passed.

I truly love what I do, and together we have built a great team. We have listened to the suggestions of our partners and ingrained your feedback into our systems so that we can operate as a seamless extension of your team.

Grateful doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. This is more than just a job. It is about continuing my father’s legacy and making sure every family feels cared for and confident that they choose the right funeral home. After all, we are often the first people a family sees, and that responsibility is never lost on me.

That’s why it’s so important to have a transfer company that acts as if they are truly part of your internal team, because in many ways, we are.
